Posted this pic on bikejournal.com and got the reaction "Port-a-potties in a cornfield?? Isn't that redundant??"

Topped 6000 miles for the year & 825 for month yesterday; remembering somebody posting that they'd done 1000 miles in 24 days and thinking "now *that's* beyond my reach." Mebbe, mebbe not...

hey, farmers need to go too! I saw those porta-pottys too when I was in champaign last month and thought it strange but I guess those kind of nutrients would mess up the satalite data for the fertilizer spreaders :)

The porta potties are for the teens who are hired to detassel the corn. I suspect nowadays this job might be done by migrant workers?
